* At 503 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Belleview, or
  14 miles north of Elsberry, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

  Clarksville, Pleasant Hill, Nebo, Belleview, Annada, Pearl,
