THROUGH 815 PM MDT...

At 744 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Willadsen Estates, or 15 miles southwest of Cheyenne, moving
northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Happy Valley and Willadsen Estates.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 0 and 4.
 Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 345 and 353.
