  Northwestern Mitchell County in north central Kansas...

* Until 215 PM CDT.

* At 147 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
  was located over Cawker City, or 17 miles west of Beloit, moving
  northeast at 15 mph.

  HAZARD...Tornado.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
           Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur.  Tree
           damage is likely.

  Cawker City around 155 PM CDT.
  Glen Elder around 205 PM CDT.
