* Until 645 PM CDT.

* At 556 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located near Port Wing Harbor, or 27 nm east of
  Duluth Lift Bridge Channel, moving northeast at 40 knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts and wind gusts 34 knots or greater.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
           higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

* Locations impacted include...
  Sand Island, Siskwit Bay, Apostle Island Sea Caves, Maikwe Bay,
  Herbster, Meyers Beach, York Island, Bark Bay, Eagle Island, Port
  Wing Harbor, Bark Point, Sand Bay, and Apostle Islands National
  Lake Shore.
