.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A series of low pressure
troughs will move S and SE across the waters tonight into Tue. A
high pressure ridge will build offshore Mon into Tue, then shift
E Tue night. Low pressure will track E across the area Tue night
and Wed, then move E of the waters Wed night into Fri night as
another series of troughs cross the region. High pressure will
slowly build SE towards the area Thu through Fri night.
